Positive: Perfect location and facilities if you are looking for a place to sleep near Koln. Short distance from Efferen tram station then a 20 minute tram ride into Koln. I stayed here with my 12 year old son to go to a Bundelsiga game. Room was nice, comfortable and spacious. Shared bathroom was clean and comfortable. Host, Imke, was very friendly and helpful. Often going above expectations during our stay. She also provided very good local information. I would not hesitate returning here should another trip to this area of Germany come up in our plans.
Negative: Nothing. Location, host and facilities all matched expectations and often exceeded them.
